LegacyTranscriptReaderFactory(model_provider: Any = None)

Compose a transcript reader for the authority-selected file, engine-free.

The facade this factory used to construct read through its own SQLite saver over the same file; the reader keeps that second saver and its lifetime, and drops the facade, provider and engine. Rows equal the facade's public get_transcript for any checkpoint the authority filed. Called directly, the reader answers only a native-family checkpoint whose owner scope matches; otherwise it raises the versioned TranscriptReadRefused. Only a valid native empty conversation returns []. The authority owns the file lease. model_provider is accepted for existing call sites and is not used.
