Which domain fields reach the migrated prompt, and on what condition.

Three sets, and the difference between them is the whole argument. A field is here because somebody measured what the kernel renders, not because a state dict mentioned it: _hms_prompt_state threads five domain values and the template declares a placeholder for one, so "it is in the state" and "the model reads it" were never the same claim.

Split out of prompting_surfaces.py when the third set arrived. Two sets inline are data; three are a taxonomy, and a taxonomy nobody can find is one that gets a fourth member added without an argument.
