Scoped updates of stored graph nodes for the memory administration door.

MemoryNodeAdminService(graph: Any)

Update a visible node through the same graph store as the legacy route.

The legacy semantic-layer store shares its graph with other layers. This port keeps that ID behavior; it does not silently narrow updates to one layer. A scoped read maps an invisible node to the legacy 404. The backend still enforces ownership atomically when the write executes.
