The erase-admission stage of raw PostgreSQL v1 memory composed without a history.
A NativeConversationHistory captures the turn's admission in its own
admission stage. Memory composed alone has no such stage, yet its turns read
memory and write it back, so memory_capabilities adds this one: it runs
before retrieval and captures what the writer later presents (CORE-199 P3-4).
