mongo_read_snapshot

Private receipt-domain read snapshot; not public Mongo HMS admission.

The guard's transactional write is the first operation in the snapshot transaction and collides with every cooperating receipt-backed writer for the tenant. Graph/vector calls then share its snapshot session. The guard write is not a memory write; UNKNOWN read-context commit outcomes still poison this domain. Same-tenant readers also conflict and fail closed; they are not parallel. The cooperative context deadline is 30 seconds, below Mongo's usual transaction lifetime. No body is retried after conflict or timeout.
