stm_summary_llm

The LLM path of the STM summary: one micro-call per eviction.

Separated from :mod:symfonic.memory.working.stm_summary, which keeps the mode decision and the dependency-free extractive path. Everything here is reached only when stm_summary_mode selects the LLM, and every import it needs -- LangChain messages, the model config, the observability hook -- is made lazily inside the call so the extractive default drags none of it in.

The sync/async seam lives here too: the caller is synchronous, the provider is not, and _sync_run is the one bridge between them.
